Beef Macaroni


250g macaroni450g can tomato soup
2 onions1 1/2 cups water
1 green pepper1 beef stock cube
125g bacon piecesSalt and pepper
500g mince

  1. Boil macaroni in water for 20 minutes
  2. Chop onions, peppers and bacon pieces
  3. Saute bacon until transparent, add onions, and mince peppers and cook further 2 minutes
  4. Add soup, water, crumbled stock cube and season with salt and pepper
  5. Cover pan and simmer for 20 minutes
  6. Add macaroni and heat well
