Beef Macaroni

250g macaroni | 450g can tomato soup
|
2 onions | 1 1/2 cups water
|
1 green pepper | 1 beef stock cube
|
125g bacon pieces | Salt and pepper
|
500g mince
|
- Boil macaroni in water for 20 minutes
- Chop onions, peppers and bacon pieces
- Saute bacon until transparent, add onions, and mince peppers and cook further 2 minutes
- Add soup, water, crumbled stock cube and season with salt and pepper
- Cover pan and simmer for 20 minutes
- Add macaroni and heat well
